Returns & Replacements

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.

1.Return
--Products with quality problem in 7 days(from the date products were received)can be returned and refund.
--Customer need to send the products back to us,When we receive the products,We will give an full refund.

If you are not satisfied with our product because it doesn't work, you can send them back to us in 7 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we don't refund the shipping fees. Buyer should pay to ship the item(s) back.

2.Replace

If the product doesn't work, you can send them back to us in one month after shipment for exchange you will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the product before sending back and If these requirements are met, return it to us at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and we will ship a functional replacement to you free of charge.The buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers.

3.Repair

Within 6month, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.

4.Return and partial refund.

--Because the international shipping fee is very high and most of pictures on iosen.com are taken by ourself with real products.So we do not give full refund for returns without quality problems.like"not like the picture""not as imagining"or just "not satisfied"
--We will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount,that means a partial refund.
